Treat the Website plans and 7-day trial as a Preview draft until the App enforces them on the server and Paddle Live is approved.

The proposed trial is 1 workspace, 2 seats, 100 MAC, 150 successful customer-facing AI replies, 300 automation actions, 100 MB media and 1 eligible live connection; broadcast, API and bulk stay disabled.

No payment method or automatic charge is proposed. At the AI cap, AI auto-reply and AI-triggered automation pause while human and inbound work continue.

At Day 7, AI/automation outbound pauses. A configured inbound transition may last up to 72 hours, followed by read-only/export access up to Day 14 and policy-governed cleanup by Day 30. Only a verified Paddle event plus server reconciliation may unlock paid capability; a browser success screen never grants access.
